Same crap happening all over the place. The shop keepers who pay these cops money treat them as beggars. Though they can pay these cops a total money at the start of the month, they want cops to beg for money every night, some consolation to the shopkeepers.
This does not deter the men in khaki, nor does the fact that all the customers look at them like rag picking, bottom feeding imbeciles.
