Corruption at the station

Any body dreaming of leaving the country would legally obtain a passport.
Thats the safest and cheapest way possible.

After the initial form submission is over, th.re is this so called police verification.

They will certify that you're not a criminal. All they require would be a decent sum of Rs. 250 and a bunch of ass kissing. If you the uncommon lot who thinks this country is safe from terrorists and other people. Imagine this situation:

When I would like to fake my address and even name. There are place you could do it very easily for a sum of Rs. 100. Just walk down to BDA complex near koramangala water tank.

There would be these guys with typewriters. Just tell them you're in a hurry and hand them Rs.200 they would certify you as a permanent resident of BDA complex and even give you a new identity.

Take this and go to the passport office and voila you have yourself a govt. of India stamped passport for getting out of the country after killing your neighbor.

All this could be well done under Rs. 500 including food and transport.
